+1 - really strange seeing such an iconally-shaped crankset with the modern-looking logo on it.
Might be worth holding onto it until there's a bit more information about it: a quick search and this is the only other version like yours that I could find http://www.bike-vintage.com/46-new-campagnolo-c-record-crankset-nos-nib-very-rare-model-180mm.html (granted, it's NOS and NIB). Note that it's also 180mm though... Interesting!
Definitely C-Record cranks: hidden 5th arm and self-extractor crank bolts, but definitely 1996 or later.
The unusual length together with there being no markings on the rear of the arms, makes me think they were a one-off for some special project...
Might be worth contacting Campag to see what they say: you might have a piece of history there...
