On the note of flexibility, I see an osteopath every so often (lifting heavy tends to pull things out of place...) and after my last visit sitting in the drops is comfy all the time instead of PM only and not when just awake and cycling to work.
TL:DR get yourself checked over every so often. Yes I do stretch 3-4 times a week and foam roll.
