    1. Yes
    2. Pricing for domains where one other party wants it but it has no inherent value is a total crap-shoot.

    Start by having a read through https://sedo.com/uk/sell-domains/overview/ , they've been around a long time and only have ~70,000 results on Google for "sedo sucks" so they are probably doing a decent job.

  • I've been on the other side of this and yes people pay very good money for the right domain.

    A .com will have significantly more weight when it comes to seo factors and brand recognition. Happy to talk over pm if you'd prefer
