1st run since 4th Feb (due to illness, holidays and a bit of apathy). Ugh. Slowest, hardest 10k I can remember (my slowest on this route by almost 4 minutes).
Strava gives me an Extreme suffer score of 232 for it. Maybe I'm still not recovered from my cold or from giving blood 6 days ago.
Will take the short (5k) route on Wednesday and be gentle on Thursday's run in (12k).
