I think nowadays it would be the MM450X or MM550X. I have an earlier model (PXC 310) that's good but probably not sounding quite as good as the QC15. The noise cancelling works well though (I fly quite a bit).
Personally the slightly worse sound quality was made up for by bluetooth (including Apt-X) when I wanted it (they also have a wired option) but if you don't care about that then the Bose are probably the way to go.
