The wheels that come with the fuji are fine. Unless you're just getting a frame, then probably the PlanetX AL30's or look at Varno's wheels - V-Sprint here:

On the Planet X AL30's
Been eyeing them up as they are on reduced at the moment. I bought the previous incarnation of this wheelset few years back for a hedge find hack bike. My older set only has on-one on the Hubs, the rims are unbranded.
Bearings felt a bit rough when new but lasted well. Only takes 15-20mins to knock out and fit new bearings and some decent bearings are a worthy upgrade, being aimed at a track wheel set the hubs have no outer shield cap for the bearings, it is easy to service them though (flush out and regrease).I have run 19mm road tyres, 35mm cx and fatter 29er 2.35 tyres on the rims with no dramas. I have caned the living piss out of the rims and not managed to fold them in half when attempting DH races on a Karate Monkey or racing the beater at the Clunker classic.
The wheels are strong. I don't do high mileage, but i have smashed them down wet muddy race tracks.
Mine came with QR's, track nuts, hollow axle and being a double fixed hub had 2 lock rings. -

Do the rims still have enough life in the brake track? If so and it's just that they're not spinning freely/well, a cheaper option would be to replace the bearings and give it all a thorough clean.
Other than Varno (who always gets well recommended and is hard to beat) you could try your hand at wheelbuilding.

Hi could anyone please recommend a decent 'bargain' wheelset for Fuji track classic Singlespeed used for daily commute? sadly can only afford around £100. Have been looking at the Single Speed Components Premium , Planet X AL30 , and Foffa. Any advice much appreciated
