Update:
Condor emailed me back and they think that it is a late 70's Condor 531 Italia (Fast Tourer for shorter rides). Which is great, as I intend to use it for this and the odd Sunday smash around they countryside.
I've delaced the Ambrosio rims. I intend to sell them (any takers?) and get the hubs re-laced to some H+Son TB14s.
Also managed to grab some DA 7700 calipers.
Even got a FUCKING SHIM!
Getting very close to completing.
