Can I interchange between two wheelsets, one with a shimano cassette and one with a sram (both 10 speed) without touching the indexing?
Drivetrain is all sram otherwise
Yes, subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. They are supposed to be exactly aligned, but sometimes even swapping two apparently identical wheel/cassette assemblies there will be 0.1mm or so difference which is enough to slow the shifting.
Ta, was hoping the answer would be this.
