The other question is this: the reason I want to swap my frame is for a shorter wheelbase, possible a small weight saving, and therefore better acceleration and more fun to ride when unloaded. Will I achieve any of this?
The Dynamo can wait as the day getting longer, the SRAM brakeset is still expensive (even compare to shimano) but you can buy a front rival 22 and buy the back another time when fund allow it.
Best to my knowledge you can run your existing 10spd groupset with the 22, as they have the same cable pull, meaning no need to buy everything (rival 22 is cheaper than the 10spd hydraulic levers oddly enough).
As for 650b, may have a wheelset to sell as I'm upgrading the rear to the Pacenti rims to match the front.
