Bike Stolen from my house as I slept - Track Bike (Used on HHV previously)

Look, it's a long shot - but if anyone sees this around the track circuit in London, please let me know.

Is it not covered under your house or renters insurance?

Should be distinctive enough to be spotted but might well be shipped to another city. Good luck with finding it.

I don't have renters or any other insurance on this bike unfortunately. I just saved up and got it less than 2 weeks ago, so I hadn't even had the time to register it anywhere. Hadn't been out of the house other than 1 trip to HHV.

Such a shame. Will keep an eye out.

Reflect on it maybe someone stands out. Someone who either asked too many questions or just kept looking at it. See if they have a brand new black bike that has been sprayed

It used to be dead sound, you could leave all sorts in the corridor for days/weeks and it would be fine, but a lot of dubious folk (and their friends) living + visiting there now who think nothing of passing on the info of what they've seen in others flats.
