I thought it was a spike untill you mentioned 5 seconds. Theres a 20+ % finish to a Climb I do, that I sometimes sprint. comes after a slight downhill. Somewhere between spinning out, and grinding leg Death, you can hit a big peak Power.

Ok, that looks a bit more realistic. I was wondering why you were bothering with FTP when you could just destroy match sprints instead.
