Anyone know of a frame builder in SE London who could change a head tube from 1/8th to 44mm to take tapered forks? would it be worth the hassle/cost effective?

Not when there are still 1 1/8th canti and disc forks available

But where is the fun in that?

I looking to upgrade my forks, thinking about pikes but open to suggestions of good second hand with 150-160 travel.
