Er, coz "cyclists deserve to die" (1:12) is a bit more than an unpopular and wrong opinion. My point was that the words he found acceptable, even amusing to taunt a lone cyclist with would likely cause him (at the very least) significant embarrasment if publicly attributed to him.

Still. He's no Emma Way (for whom I was at the front of the mob, pitchfork in hand). Just because he's easier to dislike and harder to excuse, doesn't mean what he's done is worth persecution in the same way.

Aside from the content, the way he approached a lone female to berate her was worrying. He came across as rather creepy.

So there's another ball sack roaming the streets of London, I wish I was surprised. Feel sorry for him really, as I cycle on with a big grin on my face enjoying my life.

A Cyclist should and MUST CYCLE NEXT TO THE KERB AT ALL TIMES and NEVER EVER CYCLE MORE THAN ONE ABREAST ON THE ROAD as depicted by the CYCLING ROAD CODE because there are OTHER ROAD USERS ASWELL and they will never be held responsible for the STUPID ANTICS OF CYCLE RIDERS WHO HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW TO RIDE A BICYCLE and for this reason reason I am surprised that has not been more DEATHS ON THE ROADS OF ENGLAND DUE TO CYCLISTS INCOMPETENCE.

In any population of 'x' there will be a proportion 'y' who are total arseholes (that includes us!) there are a lot of people in Londons' famous London, therefore.....

I have no empirical proof, but it seems to me that the average road user has become much more aware of and polite to cyclists than used to be the case, particularly since a few cyclists have won a lot of medals.

Thank the car driver who moves over to let you pass, say 'after you' to the ped on the crossing, spread a little sunshine and goodwill.

Good post. I have noticed this in drivers too, and try to behave the way you describe.
