If you lift and turn the 'handle' on the side of the down-tube shifters, you should be able to engage the indexing, assuming the gears are still indexed properly.

Reynolds 653 bike - Probably Claud Butler Professional
Super clean with no rust or dings. Arrowhead lugs! Again it rides super smooth and is so responsive. All gears engage despite dodgy ergo thingy - see pics
Size:
59cm seat tube 56cm top tube
Full Campagnolo Avanti groupset in good condition apart from one dodgy lever - see pics
Wheels are probably campagnolo too but with no markings I cannot be sure - campag marked on the cassette and quick release though!
Cinelli stem and handlebar!
Pedal bolts and straps look a bit knackered. Pedals themselves are nice.

The quick release is most likely still open on the ergo lever!

Thanks @ghostface and @The_Kindness_of_Trees :)
One thing I forgot to mention re the Graham Weigh, there is a slight mark on the inner chainstay which looks like it's been used with a tyre rubbing. I did ask at LBS when I fitted a crappy cheap headset, which it comes with, and they said structurally it's fine!
I've also been looking into things further and I think it may even be Reynolds 731OS tubing, but then again I found a Graham Weigh 531 frame which also looked very similar. Who nose. :)
It's definitely more chunky and lighter than the Claud Butlay.

Any chance you will sell the Cinelli Oyster separate?

Potential dibs on the Peugeot, is it 56cm ctc or ctt?

BUMP for some honest steel.
I had a Raleigh 531 Corsa as my first fixed bike, loved it. -

@monkdagola I know right? Such a smooth ride - wish I can find one in my size!
Thanks for the bump :)
There have been price drops..
Raleigh beater has been dibs'd

Not too rare I don't think, unless everyone who owns one is keeping it to themselves.

@Kaaaaaaandries Not gonna go for the peugeot after all man. It's too good for what I have in mind and i'll feel bad for removing stuff from it.

I'll dibs the peugeot if still available? pm on way.
