insanity! same problems listed above plus a wheel damaged (they sent me a set of calipers and levers after a discussion via email). They have no clue.. Also on the box I received there was a number of a guy crossed out that i've tried to call but he insisted had anything to do with the shop, weird. I guess the "Michelle" doesn't even exist.
