No, I've had mine for two years with no problems like that. They're bobbling slightly around the seat now but doing well.
I don't like the material though - not stretchy enough, which is a problem around the crotch. Switched to these - so much happier. Better fit and wider temperature range.

I had to return the second pair of deep winter tights , due to stitching coming away on the panel above the wheelsucker logo ,looks like a problem with the thread lock machine
I have never had a problem with any of my other rapha bibs classic or thermal pro team
anyone had similar problems or am i just unlucky
