    (The watts per kilo / cat / duration chart)

  • There is a spreadsheet that details watts per kilo against effort duration against rider category. You can use it to get a feel for how far on / off your power is against where you want to be. It's useful for brute force stuff such as is my 1 minute power in the same category as my FTP , how do I stack up against other Cat 3 riders, how puny am I in comparison with Elite, etc.
