they usually run half a size big, then give quite a bit. You're better off buying them snug.

as in a US8 actually fits a UK8.

I'm gonna say Mulberry.

Though if you knew anyone going to central china or Turkey you could pick up one much cheaper.

We fix about 3 Mulberry bags a week, If I didn't make anything myself , I wouldn't buy one. The older ones are great, qwality has slipped alot in recent years.

I've heard a few people say this. Does anyone know of any other designer handbags (women's) which are still good quality and have good ethical practices?

Hit and miss, but Etsy handmade...

Stella McCartney does non-leather for ethical practices.
