The non-drive side are is perfect. The driveside has some rub on the side from contact with my shoe. I don't have a photo of that at this exact moment but can add one tonight.
Yes, it will come with the chain ring bolts, forgot to mention that. And yes I have either a Pressfit or screw BB that I can throw in for £5. Both used but working fine.

Any scuff or scratches on the crank arms on the: Ultegra 6800 Crankset. 172.5mm. 52/36 - Used for ~500miles and in very condition £70
Also dont suppose you have the chain ring bolts for it and a BB spare?
