Yep.. seen all over late 80s/90s.

Just need some net curtains/ expanded metal or could even get genuine stencils I think someone on here has some stashed away in SE London....

Yeah I've got it on my conc. I do like the effect alot. Think the stencilled ones (I assume*) look a bit wired though. Much prefer the wire mesh ones. Surley its only putting wire mesh around tube and spraying a fade on top.
