Same here with rim brakes and mechanical SRAM though. Just occasionally wipe the rims and pads too.

Yeah I agree but I have all the parts already - I'd rather not pay for an entire new bike. Plus the 4S Disc isn't available until summer so it's too late by then anyway. I'm going to get a 4S and put all my old components on (save for the fork which the 4S comes with).

Di2 and discs is best winter bike.
Not had to fiddle with mine in the 2000+ miles I've done since dec.
only thing I do is clean chain.
Worth the cost.
