fair value of De Rosa Pista frameset

Hi,
Could you please advise me what is the fair value for DE ROSA pista frameset? I found one which has been valued by the seller for 700 gbp, very similiar to this:

What is the fair value I could offer in your opinion assuming the framset is in good condition?

Poor examples have been offered here at optimistic prices (£600-£700) which has led to ridicule. Depending on condition then (not being able to see the example you discuss), I think it would be reasonable to offer in the region of £400-£700.

If you're selling on eBay and its a 70s frame set in great condition like that one on the link then you could and should get a grand for it, minimum.
These frames don't show up that often and not in good condition.
I wouldn't part with my De Rosa for less than that.
