Jeez that must've been a difficult decision between the two mate! Glad you're keeping the tonic, they're fantastic bikes. I'd be taking those wheels off you if I had any need for them ;)! GLWS, T

32/32 - If they don't go with the frame there is some other interest, but I'll sort out some pictures tomorrow and update.

Hey Tom, yeah, pretty tough call and still questioning my sanity. I was almost gonna list both and let the forum decide, but as I need funds for a new frame it seemed sensible to sell the one with a better return.
The supernaut is indeed a great frame, you have one? -

^ can imagine it was a tough call. What's the new number going to be?
Yeah got a 55cm one but selling unfortunately as need funds for the new Talbot and I'd not ride the Tonic as much as she'd deserve. Got enough bikes as is ;)!
Have a bump, hope this sells soon -

Got a new plastic bike, some guy called Bob makes them. Shameful really to let these Ti beauties go for crabon, but I have a great opportunity to own a fine frame with lifetime warranty, so couldn't refuse. Having the tonic and burls was a waste for either one i wasn't riding, and i find myself reaching for the tonic on most occasions.
Yes, I'm slowly catching up on the last few months of forum shenanigan's and that Talbot of yours is looking HOTT... par for the course for entry into your stable, though tom ;) tonic...schmonic, eh!
Looks like there's some serious interest in the frame, but just incase it doesn't happen I'm gonna update with some details now...

I ride a Burls track with wishbone which was originally inspired by this frame. Whoever buys this will not be disappointed.

Looks like the frame has found a good home and now is as good as sold. Only wish I'd had a few more to sell. Thanks for all the kind words and interest folks.
So, a bloody tough call here. I can justify bikes for different things, but not duplicates any more. So, one of my fixed gear bikes has to go. I really love both this and my tonic supernaut and I can't decide between them, so as i need funds for a new project I'm selling/splitting the fancy one, this...
Burls custom built Titanium 3AL-2.5V track frame only
couple of build pics....
lifted from original owner.....this was the first burls track frame with wishbone stays. undrilled at the back, and has tight clearance with a 28c tyre, but can also fit a 32 with the wheel pretty far back in the dropouts. The Frame is a good stiffness, and very comfortable.
Seat Tube C2C - 58.2cm / C2T - 62.0cm
Top Tube C2C - 58cm
Head Tube - 19.4 cm
Head Tube angle 73
Seat Tube angle 74
I asked the person who designed the geometry and sizing for me to make it a bike that would be comfortable enough for me to ride on all day, so the headtube is a little bit more slack than most track frames, which makes the handling very predictable, which i really like. NO TOE OVERLAP
originally made for theCrane, his sale thread HERE
I picked up from Seb, HERE's that sales thread
Frame is in great condition, as I mainly used it as my summer ride. Its been heli-taped, so generally fine bar for a few surface marks you'd expect from a used ti frame. There is however a tiny ding on the top tube, from a clumsy group locking up, which I've tried to make out in photos HERE. This is superficial, but there nonetheless, so priced accordingly.. new ti frames from burls are currently starting at £1075.
Frame / Headset / Seat clamp are approx 1750g - only have some digi kitchen scales, so not completely accurate
Asking £500 + postage (has to be insured/tracked/etc) - SOLD PP
