New stem day!
I think most of people use this slammed on a road bike, my spacers are too wide to look nice. Or there are variable spacer size?(not the steerer obviously)

Has anybody got a GXP bb tool and torque wrench in East London I could borrow?
and is a torque wrench necessary? -

Looks like you are missing a spacer on top of the stem as well... That ain't gonna work.

Yep, it was only a test.
I was using a short ugly UNO stem before but the spacer fits (as in flush with the stem)Here's the current set up

slight niggle re Alan, frame is earlier than forks, so stay bridge has external caliper bolts whilst forks have recessed caliper bolt, as intended to use a stock victory gruppo, may file or route stay bridge hole to fit internal, given the low frequency of cheap Alan forks on the market

I'm thinking to put a front rack/basket on my gf's bike... what's the best option for this set up guys?
-

...seems to be a trend towards overly high, forward saddles...
knee issues, saddle sores and impotence awaits! -

I did mention it was a mock up if you're referring to mine. I can't fit the bike yet without pedals and handlebars

First presentation of my past projects:
The first bike I bought:
My Fondriest road 7020. This is an old picture, since then I made some change of set up(mostly handlebars). I need to change of bar tape and find a shorter stem.
The saddle has some nice details:
My daily bike, a french Cycles Gitane Vuelta. It took me some time before to do the v1. It saw my first skids, and I still enjoy ridding it to commute.
v0 (received like this):
v1.0:
v1.1 with bar tape:
I will introduce my current project, the track one, in a different post :) -

Sorry if stating the obvious, but you can buy surrogate sugino-fit chainring bolts at velosolo.
