How traditional do you want them? If you just want a round bend, Pro PLT is reasonably priced, but it's a modern small radius round bend, not a copy of something from the 1970s.
Deda Speciale is even cheaper if you're looking for a truly classic 26.0mm silver bar. Also in 26.0/silver there are the Cinelli re-issue 64 Giro d'Italia and 65 Criterium at under £40
