Hi, your frame is probably from the late 70s , early eighties or earlier. In those days, tere used to be less brazing on of guides, stops etc as it was believed that they made the frame weaker ; thought it was probably also done to reduce costs.
The bump under the down tube is to stop the down tube shifters slipping. Your rear triangle may also need widening to take a 130 oln hub.
Can't see the BB but you wil also probably need a bolt cable guide for the front and rear cables.
Jumble sales or SJS will be your friends when it comes to finding the parts .
Right, closer look at the frame and you have guides brazed on to the top of the bb shell?
If you run the cables under the tube they might run on the tube as they cross on to the top, best get side mounting guides.
