Reminds me of this one by a Reuters photographer called Damir Sagolj. Won a World Press Photo Award in 2011.
The backstory to it is quite good. After a very controlled trip he took it out of his hotel window in Pyongyang first thing in the morning. He knew the picture was there and insisted on a very high up room on the side of the hotel facing the picture so that he knew he could get it.
