i've yet to hear someone have a bad experience with them. My bridge came in way better condition than i expected. Charges aren't the biggest issue as i claim them back any way but Gabe was happy to mark it as a gift and i got barely stung at all. It's the £10 'handling fee' that is the real kick in the teeth
