All DA errthing Bill Nickson Roadie (previously 'Old Condor 531ST Road/Tourer')

I'm going to start building up an old Condor frame. I picked it up last year and used as an emergency (fixed) get around. It looked like this:

I bought a Dolan Pre Cursa before xmas, and now intend to give this lovely Condor gears and some dignity back. Saying that, I intend to leave it in the slightly tatty condition it is in.

List imminent; parts I currently have:

• Condor 531st Frame (Green)
  
• Dura Ace 7700 hubs laced to Ambrosio Exellence (thanks to @6pt for these babbers)
  
• Dura Ace Stem
  
• Dura Ace 7700 crankset 52 - 39
  
• Dura Ace 7700 front derailleur
  
• Dura Ace 7700 rear mech
  
• Dura Ace 7700 cassette 11 - 21
  
• Optional Shimano HG cassette 12 -25
  
• Shimano BB-5500 Octolink
  
• Shimano 105 Flight Deck shifters
  
  

Required:

• A FUCKING SHIM for the front mech clamp
  
• DA Seatpost (want not need)
  
• Barz, maybe Giros
  
• DA 7700 brake callipers (want not need)
  
• Saddle, got a couple I can use temporarily
  
• Pedals, still undecided here. Might just get some Atacs for homogeny.

Not doing a rush job on this really, as I intend to spend all my money on sliding sideways down mountains before the summer. Will be putting a rack or two on it and heading out for some exploring/camping when the snow melts and the sun comes out.

Note: I have never put together a geared bike and have basic knowledge about compatibility in respect of components, would appreciate any recommendations (in general).
