Wanted 58-60cm frame and forks: Manchester

Hi,
I will be in Manchester in late March 2015. I am looking to pick up 58-60cm road frameset for a reasonable price.

Ideally would be after some Colnago carbon or some late 90s steel that would take a modern groupset.

Looking for something nice to use not a museum piece.

Can possibly pick up outside Manc depending on location.
