why would you need an adjustable crank? If you were to spend all that money, you'd know what size you needed, unless you've got more money than sense.
Short cranks for long flat rides or crits and long cranks for hilly rides?

I would have assumed the opposite but idk.
I would have guessed that as you get more torque for hilly rides? But again idk.
