Soften carrot, then add five spice tofu. Pinch of salt. Add the celery and then chicken consome. Lid on for 2 minutes
Soften garlic in oil, add shitake mushrooms and salt Drape choi on top Then add chicken consome, cover for 5 mins.
Whole fish butter and chives inside, wrapped in foil oven cooked
