  • I've dabbled! I've not done it specifically for cycling but stretching is good before any activity.
    I did a few classes at the Buddhist Centre which I recommend but I've not been to Capitol House so can't help you there.

  • I wouldn't be doing it specifically for cycling but it would certainly help. Awesome thanks, @jdp suggested the Buddhist centre too, might have to check it out this week some time. I was only swayed towards Capitol House as it's at the end of my road, Buddhist centre isn't too far though and it's round the corner from work*

  • It is indeed, it's that little road down the back of Lola Lo's.
    Be warned, there are relaxed farting, yogi types aplenty there!
