...preferably not in the same font style as Ron Cooper (which I've seen) which is slightly annoying and might confuse people. :)

I've seen those. Not good.
Would love to get my hands on a Lee Cooper Headbadge!!!

excuse my potato chop bodge...
If you need decals, it appears that the Lee Cooper font is simply Brush Script Medium, slightly extended. I could provide a vector file decals can't be found.

Please don't outline the script. No need.

^ I agree. IMO there are two options: either just white or black (the same colours as the handlebars).

Don't want to be a bugger, but that paint hurts my eyes.

Looks OK - needs some kind of decals. Personally, I think it's lost it's personality and looks a little generic now. But hey, your bike - as long as you enjoy it!
Maybe, in future look for a silver seatpost and stem. (and headset) I can recommend Ritchey Classic stuff or if you need inline seatpost a FUNN inline in silver as it's basically a Thomson copy with a slightly bulkier clamp. Can be had for £20. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/funn-arrow-seatpost/rp-prod91478

Looks pretty tidy, the frame itself is a work of art.
Echoing above opinions I think it needs downtube decals (white), a more "delicate" silver stem and silver seatpost.
Or ti.
Those changes would really elevate the overall build.

Gorgeous frame and forks but it reminds me of spitting image and John Major eating his peas....
It should have decals. Especially now he's not building.
