If those frivilous, vacuous pastimes and items are the things that are weighing on her mind AS SHE VOLUNTEERS TO BECOME ONE OF THE FIRST PEOPLE TO ACCELERATE INTO THE NEXT STAGE OF STARFARING HUMAN EVOLUTION then I think that perhaps she should possibly do something else instead.
