Yep - a good one - bottled out of Ally Pally even though I could see the edge of a fabulous sun-rise from sea-level which would have looked exspectacular from the palace. A 1-shout ride - this time at a lady on a phone ambling across a road 5m from a...er....crossing. Coffeee at Christchurch at The Coffeee Cup (which I highly recommend by the way) and out of lycra into pinstripes by 8.30. Sorted. When is home-time?
