best eccentric solution for a square taper 90's road bike frame
the drops are vertical and i want to get it fixed

options

1. magic gear .... haven't investigated this as yet might be a simple solution if i can fathom it out
   
2. bottom bracket .... seen phil do an philcentric square taper but it's $£$£$£$£$£$ and rare
   
3. rear hub ... eno or some such eccentric rear hub hubs are a bit pricey
   
   
   

ideally nothing that squeaks , nothing that needs continous fettling / adjustment, something i can install without needing specific mechanic only phil tools
