congrats magpie. why didn't you just agree a completion date that coincided with the end of your rental contract so that there was no overlap? or did you try this and it was a no go?

Couldn't push the date back that far. Already delayed a month. It's no biggie though as we want to get a lot of work done before we actually move in.
