The Kojaks are 35mm wide in their 28" size but 50mm in 26" i.e. these are real "balloon tyres" in this latter size only?
The 26" come in 1.35" (35mm) and 2.0". The 1.35" is essentially the same as the Durano 26x1.35" but with grippier rubber compounds.
If you want a baloon tyre, look at the Big Apple or Super Moto.

For the record, the usual tables mention that a 19mm rim like the AL30 can get tyres till 50mm!
But the AL30s are track wheels indeed.
I would say you can keep them for any tyre getting into a Pompino frame (i.e. till 35mm?) - but other guys here may think otherwise?
