Could be a Miche...more likely if bike was left "as is" as the frame is Reynolds 520, nothing wrong with it, but no 753 either...and I believe they do very short cranks for younglings ^_^

Hmmm perhaps. I can't find many in this colour (only one) and it has very generous front clearance, so perhaps a conversion + respray.

Those dropouts are bull shit. I can't see this being an original track frame, tbh.
