@Spotter Yep, TK Maxx.. random but true, they don;t always have it but I've been finding a few bottles here and there in their stores for a while now.
That picture could be of me, I am exactly the same, nothing is EVER hot enough.
You can order chillies from here: http://www.southdevonchillifarm.co.uk/

I'm still using various bottles I got from USA but I think you can order most of them online.
What I'm currently on:

Also, a ginger habanero hot sauce that I can't find online.
My everyday sauces are Sriracha, a green chili sauce from Swaziland:
and the Sweet Mango Chili and Original Hot Pepper Encona sauces.
Oh and Patak's chili pickle but that only goes with curry and daal. I'm not putting that on my noodles.

dat Mr Naga is hot but I don't like the flava.
For flavour which is not vinegary and more umami (sorry veggie Caz)
this is AMAZING. Texture, flavour, hot enough for me.

It's like we're the same person.
I've been experimenting with recipes for a week or two now. House smells amazing. And disgustingly it was the same Cooks Ingredients dried stuff that put me on to the idea. I'm not there yet but confident I'll have a recipe I'm happy with this year. And no taste buds left.

I've recently received my first shipment of http://weckjars.com/ and have jarred everything in sight.
I'm obsessed. Good for storing your home made chilli sauce in. -

I didn't realize it was quite well known... http://blog.cookingchanneltv.com/2012/12/07/hot-sauce-rwanda-akabanga/
My corner shop sells them actually, by the kilo. Any idea of quantities i'd need?
