@Spotter I currently have about 30 different bottles of hot sauce.. I bloody love the stuff!

• Franks hot sauce is good so is the extra hot version.
  
• Melindas as above comes in several varieties, all I've tasted have been good.

I could go on all day.. Get thee to TK Maxx, they usually have some good ones on cheap.

I also make my own scotch bonnet chilli jam which is pretty ace, I'll give some to @Ecunard next time we meet up.
