I have been making my own hot sauce with habanero peppers, mixed vegetable pickles especially the carrots (from lebanese store), garlic, white vinegar , and chachere's cajun salt. For the garlic I roast it in a dry pan on the stove for a few minutes. then I blend it all and pour it into a bottle. It is good that way because I can adjust the heat/flavor myself.
