Brompton
I bought this as a 5 speed. Since then its been nicely done up.
New Single speed rear wheel
(this could be easily converted to a two speed by the new owner if you wanted to by purchasing a shifter and new rear derailer. )
Full service at Brompton dealer including folding hinges new cables and a full check over.
New Schwalbe Marathons.
New Titanium hinge quick releases from Bromptonification ( these cost a fortune!)
New Brompton Dual pivot front caliper.
BMX brake levers and grips.
Paint is in good condition see pics. There are some marks commiserate with its age but these only show up close. The Brompton decal is worn from carrying.
The rear mudguard has a little nick out the back and is a bit discoloured, isnt obvious or affect function.
Note: Brooks saddle is NOT included in the sale. I can supply a basic saddle if required.
I built this bike for my partner but it has barely been used since.
I would say 30 miles maximum since the works were carried out. As such it is riding perfectly.
Injury forces sale or I would definitely keep it as a back up bike.
