I neglected to check the consistancy after it had been 'processed'. Cant imagine it changed much.
I've been intensely hungry post training week. Which is to be expected. But other than a smidge extra protein. I havent eaten any extra calories. So I have slimmed slightly. As I'm injured (partially torn achilles). I'm going to concentrate on losing a bit more. Going to attempt to swim tonight. Hopefully I can do that without loading the tendon too much.
