Have you got any suggestions for hackney wick to charlton? Ideally I'd use the A12 but my current route is this:

I'd prefer to avoid narrow/canal paths if possible...
Forgot: You can also get onto a short stretch of the Thames Path from Narrow Street and avoid Westferry Road and Westferry Circus. You can then get off the Thames Path at Sir John McDougall Gardens and take Tiller Road to Pepper Street.
