Happen to me, last resort is to put the cog on the vice, tighten it up a lots, and then with sheer force of three person, we managed to get it off.
All because I never backpedal due to having a rear brake, which made a significant difference.
Was the hub OK after that?
I'm sure more power can be found and applied...but Le Manfriend is worried he may wreck things by sheer force.
Yeah it is, it's the cog that's fucked.
It can be removed, rotafix is not recommended.
