I can usually get decals off with WD40 sprayed liberally to loosen , leave overnight and a hairdryer in the morning just to loosen the adhesive, but try a small edge first to make sure you don't start pulling off paint; it's a sold colour not a metallic or fade so easy to paint if worst comes to worse!
