My progression was, I think, typical.
replaced teh durgs/booze with cigarettes
replaced cigarettes with candy
replaced candy with carrot sticks and celery
...
time passes
...
replaced carrot sticks with coffee
added in not-vegan
added in not-vegetarian
added in booze
added in good eating.
started lifting weights.Well that is my secret to success!*

My self esteem is at an all time low given I have now started wobbling when I move. This needs fixing. I must stop comfort eating now I have stopped taking drugs to feel better about myself. Rock / hard place bollocks.
