They only disabled games on PC and even those have now been reinstated (if the key was already claimed).
Ubisoft are on dodgy ground as they must prove that the owner of the key knew it was stolen etc before they can revoke use. All it needs is one person to file a claim and they'll never be able to do it again.

@Kirth does this ubisoft thing apply to xbox one codes? i bought the ass creed unity game you linked and was able to play it last night, you heard of them disabling xbox marketplace purchases?
